Benefits for the Community
Since it’s inception in 1986, the Snohomish Education Foundation has awarded:
- Over $1 million dollars in the form of 1,568 Scholarships
- $500,000 in Classroom Grants in the form of 900Â different grants
- $215,000 in Annual District Wide Grants that provided funding for programs such as All Day Kindergarten, 3-D Printers, Science Probes, and Summer Arts & Science Scholarships
- 275 pairs of shoes purchased through the Hansen Shoe fund for students in need each year

I’m a classroom teacher at Glacier Peak High School. How do I apply for a grant to help cover the cost of taking my students (for next year) on a field trip to a museum during first semester and on another field trip to that same museum during second semester (since it’s a semester-long course)?
